Loan-to-Value (LTV): 60% – 80% of property value

Interest Rate: Starting at 7%

Origination Fee: 1% - 3%

Underwriting Fee: Starting at $1,000 (depends on deal size)

Loan Term: 5 to 30 years with interest only options available

Prepayment Penalty: Two structures available (explained during process)

Minimum Loan Amount: $65,000

  1. Submit intake form and supporting documents

2. Receive and approve funding offer

3. Complete due diligence which includes appraisal, title, insurance and all required borrower and property documentation

4. Final underwriting and closing with title company
